Conversation Moderator (International)

We are looking for moderators to work in our speaking cafes in Istanbul and Antalya.

Who are we?

Meet2Talk is a speaking club with regular participants who want to practice English, where conversation club activities are held within an international community, where you can socialize in a friendly and level-headed environment, and create your own culture. During sessions, instructors also step in when needed to correct language use and offer clear guidance, so participants steadily improve while staying engaged in real conversation.

Job Description

Provides attendees with a learning plan based on their needs and reasons for learning English,

Prepares himself/herself for the session topics,

Instruct attendees about the structure and content of the session,

Executes sessions efficiently using different styles of communicating with various content,

Supports every attendee to contribute equally,

Manages sessions and resolves conflicts, contacts the relevant manager for problems exceeding his/her authority,

Engages with attendees to ensure a lively session atmosphere,

Supports every session with videos, documents, and research,

Comprehends all levels and their requirements,

Provides feedback about the attendees’ levels and attitudes based on sessions

Qualifications

Fluent in English

Good command of English grammar

Passionate about sharing different cultures and ideas,

Self-awareness and visionary,

Giving importance to personal and corporate privacy,

Ability to understand other people and be compatible in interpersonal relations,

Aptitude to teamwork and collaboration,

Has time management skills.
