Role Description

This full-time, on-site Conversion Copywriter role is located in Heliopolis. The Conversion Copywriter will craft persuasive and compelling marketing copy to optimize customer engagement and drive conversions across various digital channels. Responsibilities include writing and editing website copy, email campaigns, landing pages, and ad content. The role also involves conducting market research, testing strategies for optimizing copy performance, and collaborating with design and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Performance Copywriter whose main focus is results, not creativity for the sake of creativity.

This role is about:

Clicks. Conversions. Sales.

If you don’t have proven experience in performance marketing or conversion-focused writing, this role is not a fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-converting landing pages (full structure & messaging)
• Create ad copies for Meta, TikTok & Google Ads
• Produce multiple variations per campaign for A/B testing
• Research and define target audience, pain points & desires
• Work directly with design & media buying teams to improve funnel performance
• Track and optimize based on CTR, CVR & ROAS

Requirements (Must-Have):

• 3–5 years of experience in performance copywriting
• Strong understanding of buyer psychology & conversion triggers
• Proven track record in writing ads or landing pages that convert
• Ability to analyze performance and optimize copy based on data

Preferred:

• Portfolio with real results (numbers, not samples only)
• Experience working with performance marketing teams
