Job Title: Conveyance Officer – Real Estate

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Conveyance Officer to manage end-to-end property conveyancing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with buyers, sellers, developers, banks, and government authorities to ensure smooth and compliant property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complete conveyancing process for property sales, purchases, and transfers
  • Prepare, review, and verify all conveyancing documents (MOUs, contracts, NOCs, SPA, title deeds, etc.)
  • Coordinate with developers, trustees, banks, and relevant authorities (DLD, Land Department, etc.)
  • Track transaction timelines and ensure timely completion of registrations and transfers
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Conveyance Officer in the Real Estate sector
  • Strong knowledge of UAE property laws and conveyancing procedures
  • Experience dealing with Land Department, trustees, developers, and banks
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple transactions
  • Proficiency in MS Office; real estate systems knowledge is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
