Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Conveyance Officer to manage end-to-end property conveyancing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with buyers, sellers, developers, banks, and government authorities to ensure smooth and compliant property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete conveyancing process for property sales, purchases, and transfers
- Prepare, review, and verify all conveyancing documents (MOUs, contracts, NOCs, SPA, title deeds, etc.)
- Coordinate with developers, trustees, banks, and relevant authorities (DLD, Land Department, etc.)
- Track transaction timelines and ensure timely completion of registrations and transfers
- Liaise with clients, agents, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Conveyance Officer in the Real Estate sector
- Strong knowledge of UAE property laws and conveyancing procedures
- Experience dealing with Land Department, trustees, developers, and banks
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple transactions
- Proficiency in MS Office; real estate systems knowledge is a plus
