Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic and high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional and contemporary dishes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of kitchen areas.
• Follow proper food storage and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service.
• Comply with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3–4 years of professional cooking experience in the UAE (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of recipes and cooking methods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
