  • Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and serve quality food products by following strictly the preparations
    • Cooking and presentation recipes and specifications
    • Control cost by minimising spoilages, wastage and portion control
    • Ensure workplace safety and hygiene
    • Upkeep working condition of kitchen equipment e.g. refrigerators, utensils, ovens
    • Inspects all perishable food items received for quality.

    Requirements:
    • 1 - 2 years experience in a similar position.
    • Good understanding of Western Cuisine.
    • Proactive and visionary

  • Benefits:
    - Starting salary $2,700 with overtime
    - 44 hours work week (5-6 working days per week)
    - Meal and transport allowance (after 12mn)
