We are seeking an experienced Cook specializing in North Indian and South Indian dishes to join our reputed catering company in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills, consistency in taste, and experience handling large-scale food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic North Indian and South Indian dishes
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of food at all times
- Follow standardized recipes and portion control
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Assist in bulk cooking for catering operations and events
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook in North Indian & South Indian cuisine
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience (Industiral Catering Experience preferred)
- Knowledge of traditional spices, cooking techniques, and regional recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced catering environment
- Physically fit and able to work long hours if required
- Experience in Gulf countries is an advantage
