We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to prepare delicious brunch dishes for our seasonal weekend brunch service. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, perfect for those looking to work 3-4 days per week, required to work on Saturdays and Sundays mornings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes from scratch according to menu specifications
• Ensure all food is prepared to high standards of quality, presentation, and safety
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy weekend hours

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous cooking experience, preferably in breakfast or brunch settings
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Flexibility to work weekends, Saturday and Sunday required
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
