Care-A-Lot is seeking a compassionate Cook at our West Seneca location.This position is Part-time, Monday to Friday, year round. There will be opportunities for more hours and possible future full time position. You will spend time in the classroom and in the kitchen.

The person holding this position will be in the Kitchen preparing meals for the children in the center and covering as floating teacher aide as necessary.

Our ideal candidate will be dedicated, professional, motivated, energetic and simply love being with young children. Organization, food service, and inventory experience is a plus. This position will entail working with all age groups.

Applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma and be 18 years of age.While experience is preferred, it is not necessarily required- we are willing to train the right candidate! Physical Requirements · *Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.· * Ability to stand & walk for 8 hours per day, with intermittent occasional sitting & bending.·*Ability to chop, peel, hand mix, cut and stir food items on a continuous or regular basis.
