- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and storage spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth meal preparation, catering events, or daily service routines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly preferred.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the food industry or restaurant settings.
- Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations.
- Demonstrated culinary experience with knife skills and attention to detail in food presentation.
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
- Experience working in fine dining environments or with specialized dietary requirements is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
