Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is primarily on the line during service, with some light prep responsibilities. Ideal candidates work well under pressure, stay organized, and take pride in producing high-quality food consistently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to order during busy breakfast/lunch service
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Assist with light food prep (chopping, portioning, basic prep tasks)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team-oriented mindset
• Availability on weekends is required
