About the Role:

As a Cook within our hotel restaurant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences that enhance client and tenant satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on preparing high-quality meals that meet established standards of taste, presentation, and safety. You will collaborate closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient food production and timely service. Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen environment.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently to understand recipes, safety instructions, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform kitchen tasks efficiently.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and safely climb stairs as part of daily duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working under the supervision of a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role.
• Knowledge of food production processes specific to hospitality services within real estate or rental properties.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation.
• Familiarity with inventory management and kitchen equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to standardized recipes and client preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and food ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation and service.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and manual handling of kitchen equipment.
