Job Overview
We are seeking a cook for a childcare center. Prefer knowledge of CACFP but will train. Prefer Serve Safe certified but will assist in getting this certification. The cook and the assistant prepare breakfast, lunch and pm snack, M-F.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, pm snack.
• Prepare baby bottles w/formula and baby food plates
• Document foods prepared, description of foods, and amounts prepared
• Document temperatures of foods
• Weekly, monthly and annual inventory
• Date mark inventory
• Maintain clean, sanitary environment
• Supervise 1 assistant
• Must be able to work without direct supervison

Experience

• Prefer previous experience preparing meal
• Prefer ServeSafe certification
• Prefer CACFP knowledge
• Must be able to successfully pass multiple background checks including FBI fingerprint checks.

Job Type: Full-time
