Cook and Cleaner - Female

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Cook food in various utensils or grillers
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Check quality of ingredients
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report needs for additional stock.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the owner.

Requirements

• Proven UAE experience as a cook (A+ Grade)
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
• Experience in making Indian, Western, and Asian foods very well
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Very good communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Excellent physical condition
• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
