Duties

Experience

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment, ideally with fine dining exposure
• Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
• Proven skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
• Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving large groups is advantageous
