Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision, maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing inquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food preparation zones in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage time effectively to ensure quick service delivery in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment while maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or food service roles within restaurants, cafés, or retail food environments is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in cash handling, basic math, and retail math to accurately process sales and give correct change.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently while creating a positive experience for guests.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick service or fast-food setting while managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
