We are looking for a talented Cook skilled in preparing both Filipino and International Cuisine for buffet-style dining. The ideal candidate will ensure delicious, high-quality dishes with authentic flavors and attractive presentation, maintaining consistency and hygiene at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Filipino and International dishes for daily buffet service.
- Assist in menu planning and rotation to offer variety and freshness.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards throughout the buffet.
- Ensure buffet items are properly displayed, replenished, and temperature-controlled.
- Follow kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety guidelines strictly.
- Support kitchen team operations and assist during busy service hours.
- Monitor ingredients, manage portions, and minimize food waste.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Cook in Filipino and International Cuisine, preferably in buffet-style restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of Filipino recipes and global cooking methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Culinary certificate or diploma is an advantage.
