We are looking for a talented Cook skilled in preparing both Filipino and International Cuisine for buffet-style dining. The ideal candidate will ensure delicious, high-quality dishes with authentic flavors and attractive presentation, maintaining consistency and hygiene at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Filipino and International dishes for daily buffet service.
  • Assist in menu planning and rotation to offer variety and freshness.
  • Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards throughout the buffet.
  • Ensure buffet items are properly displayed, replenished, and temperature-controlled.
  • Follow kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety guidelines strictly.
  • Support kitchen team operations and assist during busy service hours.
  • Monitor ingredients, manage portions, and minimize food waste.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Cook in Filipino and International Cuisine, preferably in buffet-style restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of Filipino recipes and global cooking methods.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Culinary certificate or diploma is an advantage.
