Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches, salads, and accompaniments according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Ensure all food items are cooked, assembled, and garnished with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new sandwich and salad options that meet customer preferences and dietary needs
• Support kitchen operations by organizing ingredients, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely food preparation during service hours
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences that satisfy guest expectations
• Uphold cleanliness standards in the kitchen area through regular cleaning routines and equipment maintenance

Requirements

• Proven experience in food preparation, with a focus on sandwiches and salads; culinary or kitchen experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Strong knife skills for efficient ingredient prep and portioning
• Experience working in a restaurant or food industry environment, including fine dining or catering settings
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Familiarity with menu planning, meal preparation, and food service operations
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration and customer satisfaction
