Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies with precision and flair
• Cook and assemble menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and barista stations to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new beverage options or meal ideas based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
• Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures, safety regulations, and sanitation standard
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately, serving promptly, and providing excellent service throughout their visit

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling practices, and kitchen sanitation standards
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of menu planning, catering services, and serving procedures is a plus
