Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher, to join our culinary team. Multi tasking is essential in ensuring that our kitchen & customer service operates smoothly while providing high-quality food service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen environment. Able to do customer service and cash register.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety standards.
- Support catering events by assisting with food setup and service as needed.
- Help maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen.
- Customer service take orders and run a register.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
- Familiarity with culinary techniques such as knife skills and food preparation methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
- Experience in catering or as a dietary aide is a plus but not mandatory.
