Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and company standards
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained
  • Assist in food preparation, portioning, and kitchen setup before service
  • Monitor food stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times
  • Store food properly and check ingredient freshness regularly
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods
  • Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients
  • Adhere to company policies and health & safety procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Cook, Cooker, or Kitchen Staff in restaurants or cafés
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Culinary certification or training is an advantage

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per hour
