Cook/Prep Cook

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The Prep Cook will assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen, ensuring that all items are prepared accurately and efficiently. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping - Assist in cooking and preparing various menu items - Follow recipes and presentation specifications - Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area - Monitor food supplies and ingredients **Skills:** - Proven experience as a Prep Cook or similar role - Knowledge of various cooking methods and procedures - Understanding of food safety practices - Experience with menu planning and meal preparation - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills - skills, and be part of a dedicated team.
