HILLCREST NASHWAUK- ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY

```Duties```
- Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping, peeling, and cutting ingredients
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, and grills
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation

```Skills```
- Experience in food handling and food service
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient meal preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Culinary training or experience is a plus
- Proficiency in using knives for food preparation
