• Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, plating, and garnishing
• Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, organized, and functioning properly for efficient workflow

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
• Strong knife skills with the ability to efficiently prepare ingredients for various dishes
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards to prevent contamination
• Experience in menu planning and meal preparation tailored to dietary needs or special menus
• Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for food service and catering operations
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality
