Looking for experienced baristas who want to be creative with our vast array of high quality, premium ingredients and unique offerings.

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Cooks, Kitchen Staff, and Baristas to join our vibrant culinary team. For the cooks, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm for food service, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer experiences will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Whether working behind the scenes in food preparation or engaging directly with customers, you will play a vital role in delivering memorable dining experiences every day.

Duties

  • Prepare a variety of menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish or beverage served
  • Assist with menu planning to accommodate dietary needs and special requests, maintaining high standards of food presentation and flavor
  • Handle food safely by following proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times
  • Support kitchen operations by managing food prep tasks such as chopping, mixing, cooking, and plating
  • Serve customers efficiently at the counter or table, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their experience
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas to meet health regulations and safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow during busy periods and special catering events

Skills

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques for diverse menu items
  • Knowledge of dietary department standards and dietary aide experience is a plus for accommodating special diets
  • Ability to plan menus that meet nutritional guidelines while appealing to customer preferences
  • Excellent food safety practices and understanding of proper food handling procedures
  • Experience in fine dining environments or catering services is advantageous for delivering exceptional quality
  • Effective communication skills for serving guests and coordinating with team members confidently
