Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and food safety standards
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to ensure a positive guest experience
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, utilizing POS system Toast and Toast handhelds
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic retail math to ensure accurate billing and payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, bar area, and dining space in compliance with health regulations
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by providing excellent service in fast-paced environments
• Use time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Toast for order processing and sales tracking
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and alcohol serving regulations
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively setting while managing time effectively during peak hours
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
• Experience working in nightclubs or catering events enhances adaptability in diverse service scenarios
• Familiarity with brewing processes or the food industry is advantageous for team versatility
