Cooks/Pizza Cooks

Cheap Seats Tavern 2 is looking for a couple of reliable Line Cooks to join our back-of-the-house team. Hand-tossed Pizza Skills can warrant a higher starting pay depending on skill level (would be tested prior to starting). We are willing to train highly motivated people!

Requirements:

*Willingness to work all shifts. Days, nights, weekends, holidays, etc...Saturdays and Sundays are a must.

*Fryer/Flat Top/ Salad and Sand making experience very helpful

*Self Starter is vital with the ability to see what needs to get done and do it

*Experience following recipes

*Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times

*Aptitude for multi-tasking.

*Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.

Responsibilities:

*Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.

*Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.

*Report to management and follow instructions.

*Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.

*Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.

*Stock inventory and supplies.

*Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
