• Must have experienced and qualified in cold rooms especially in Ammonia refrigeration system.
• Maintain, repair and perform evaluations and preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical apparatus, motors, wiring, electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment per electrical codes and standards.
• Inspections, commissioning and start-up support of ammonia refrigeration plants.
• Knowledge in cold storage installation and functions of equipment in all aspects.
• Troubleshooting skills of all kind of breakdown in the cold room.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Install, assemble or oversee the installation of refrigeration/air-conditioning systems.
• Check existing refrigeration/air-conditioning systems for leaks and faults.
• Should be able to work independently with less supervision.
• Reports to manager for any issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
