Full Job Description

Established cosmetic surgery practice & medical spa seeking a driven CoolSculpting & CoolTone technician looking for a long term role who truly has compassion for patients and enjoys the aesthetic field to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized consultations, developing tailored care plans, and working collaboratively with our team of healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role is ideal for a professional who is self-motivated, passionate about patient education, and delivering exceptional service in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities include:

- Consultations:

○ Perform in-depth consultations to assess patient's concerns.

○ Discuss patient's goals and provide expert advice on treatments and products.

○ Document patient history and other lifestyle factors.

- Perform Treatments:

○ Proficient in CoolSculpting & CoolTone procedures according to procedure protocols.

○ Conduct full CoolSculpting and CoolTone assessment and put together a successful and detailed treatment plan to address patients' concerns

- Patient Education and Follow-Up:

○ Educate patients about treatment and post-treatment care.

○ Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

○ Maintain detailed records of treatments, outcomes, and follow-ups.

- Collaboration and Communication:

○ Act as a liaison between patients and other providers to ensure cohesive care plans.

○ Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements, products, and industry trends.

○ Provide input for developing clinic protocols, product offerings, and educational materials.

○ Support the sales floor during non-booked times, contributing to client engagement and overall sales and education.

- Staff Training & Education:

• Develop and deliver training programs for staff on the use, benefits, and features of CoolSculpting & CoolTone.
• Collaborate with the management team to create training schedules and assess staff training needs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and innovations in aesthetics to ensure staff knowledge remains current.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales upgrade record
• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing CoolSculpting/CoolTone procedures in a professional medical setting.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines.

Experience:

• CoolSculpting/CoolTone: 1 year (Required)
• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Social media marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CoolSculpting Certification (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
