We, Hahnemann Charitable Mission Society, is a non-governmental organization dedicated to providing healthcare services by promoting Organic farming practice, promoting Women Empowerment, supporting underprivileged communities. We work towards holistic well-being, skill development, social upliftment through various initiatives and programs. And to support it we have launched organic herbal product ranges, FMCS products, and other products made by SHGs.
Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts (Cash Book, Bank Book, Ledger).
- Record receipts, payments, and journal entries accurately.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
2. Financial Reporting
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Income & Expenditure Account, and Receipts & Payments Account.
- Generate periodic financial reports for Managing Committee meetings.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
3. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Cooperative Societies Act and related rules.
- Prepare records for statutory audits and inspections.
- Coordinate with auditors and government authorities.
4. Taxation & Returns
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax returns (if applicable).
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payments.
- Maintain proper tax documentation and registers.
5. Member Accounts Management
- Maintain individual member accounts, share capital, and dividend records.
- Calculate interest on deposits, loans, and advances.
- Reconcile member balances periodically.
6. Loan & Recovery Management
- Maintain loan registers and repayment schedules.
- Track overdue payments and assist in recovery processes.
- Generate MIS reports related to loans and recoveries.
7. Bank & Cash Management
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly.
- Manage cash flow and fund utilization.
- Ensure proper authorization for payments and receipts.
8. Record Keeping & Documentation
- Maintain vouchers, bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Keep statutory registers and records updated.
- Ensure safe custody of financial documents.
9. Support to Management
- Provide financial insights to the Secretary and Managing Committee.
- Assist in financial decision-making and policy implementation.
- Respond to queries related to accounts and audits.
Skills & Qualifications (Optional Section)
- Knowledge of Cooperative Accounting & statutory rules.
- Proficiency in Tally / Accounting software & MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Attention to detail and integrity in financial handling.
