Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in transmission line projects to support planning, execution, and coordination activities. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of tower foundations, erection, stringing works, and project documentation.
The role requires close coordination between site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and management to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities for transmission line construction (foundation, tower erection, stringing).
- Monitor project progress and report to Project Manager.
- Assist in preparation and updating of project schedules (Primavera P6 preferred).
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Coordinate with survey, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
- Track material delivery and consumption.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Support billing and quantity verification.
- Maintain proper documentation and record keeping.
- Coordinate with client/consultant for inspections and approvals.
- Identify project risks and assist in mitigation planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transmission line projects (66kV, 132kV, 220kV or above preferred).
- Strong understanding of:
- Tower foundation works
- Pile foundations (if applicable)
- Tower erection
- Conductor stringing
- Knowledge of BOQ, IPC preparation, and material reconciliation.
- Proficiency in:
- MS Office
- Primavera P6 (preferred)
- AutoCAD (basic knowledge)
