Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Coordination Manager to support daily office operations, documentation management, and administrative coordination for our real estate and construction projects. This role is ideal for MBA fresh graduates who are eager to start their professional career in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and project documentation.
  • Handle data entry and document management through office software/ERP systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, briefings, and internal communications.
  • Assist in maintaining design and project-related data and reports.
  • Support management in administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and coordination between departments.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documentation as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper record management practices.

Requirements

  • MBA (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
  • Professional attitude with willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
