We’re Hiring | Customer Service Coordination Officer | Banking Operations & Client Support

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordination Officer to manage daily operational coordination with banks, clients, and internal teams.

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of installation, removal, and complaint-related matters through calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with banks regarding installations, removals, and complaints
  • Manage daily operational activities and follow-ups
  • Handle client and bank queries via calls and emails
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and case updates
  • Ensure smooth workflow between clients, banks, and operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 14 years of education in any discipline
  • Strong English written, email drafting and professional communication skills
  • Good coordination and follow-up abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook)
  • Ability to manage daily operational workload efficiently
  • Experience in tracking industry will be preferred

Job Details

  • Location: Muhammad Ali Housing Society, Karachi
  • Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (as per profile & experience)
