Job Summary:

The Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth execution of daily activities. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing documentation, communicating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring tasks and projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation related to ongoing projects or activities.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Assist in planning and organizing meetings, events, and activities.
  • Handle correspondence such as emails, calls, and inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Support procurement processes by obtaining quotations, preparing purchase requests, and tracking orders.
  • Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and reimbursements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the department’s goals.
