Customer, Sales & Team Coordinator – Job DescriptionPosition Summary
The Customer, Sales & Team Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales operations, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth communication across internal teams. The role focuses on customer service, sales support, documentation, scheduling, and ensuring that all team tasks are carried out efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers for inquiries, follow-ups, and service support.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery updates, and service scheduling.
Sales Coordination
- Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, contracts, and documentation.
- Prepare sales reports, customer records, and follow-up lists.
- Assist in lead management, tracking inquiries, and updating CRM or databases.
- Coordinate with finance and logistics teams for billing, payments, and product delivery.
- Follow up with customers for pending orders, payments, and renewals.
Team Coordination
- Ensure smooth communication between field staff, management, and other internal departments.
- Schedule team meetings, prepare minutes, and track action points.
- Monitor team tasks, deadlines, and project progress.
- Help organize team activities, assignments, and daily work plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or office coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
