Cannar Mergers having back office in Karachi has an immediate requirement of a Department Coordinator. Male candidate having Finance background & fluent in English.
We are based in DHA Bukhari Commercials & our office timings are from 6pm to 3am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary coordination resource for the Head of Cannar Mergers.
- Liaise with sourcing teams to track leads, deal flow, and pipeline updates.
- Coordinate with merger partners, prospective sellers, and other stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings on behalf of the Head of Cannar Mergers, including internal and external calls, Teams/Zoom sessions, and follow-ups.
- Conduct initial follow-ups with clients, partners, and prospects to ensure timely engagement.
- Maintain and update the CRM or tracking tools used for deal sourcing and client management.
- Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-up action logs as required.
- Manage calendars, organize meetings, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Support documentation and compliance requirements related to mergers and acquisitions workflows.
- Assist in maintaining digital filing systems and process documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operational flow.
Qualification
- BBA / MBA Finance from reputable institutes.
- 2– 3 years in experience in Accounts & Finance department preferable.
- Pleasant Personality with Strong Communication Skills (ENGLISH) Written & Verbal.
- Financial literacy and ability to build presentations.
- Ms Office, know how of Microsoft Teams, Zoom & Google Meet.
