Coordinator

• Site Management & Supervision: Oversee daily on-site operations, manage and motivate site staff and subcontractors, and ensure work is carried out according to project plans, blueprints, and specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in a site supervision or construction coordination role, with a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and procedures.
• Safety & Compliance
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all work meets the required standards and technical specifications. Identify defects or deviations and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and challenges effectively and quickly to avoid downtime.
