Coordinator cum Event Host Female

Role Overview

This hybrid role combines behind-the-scenes coordination with front-facing hosting. You’ll manage logistics, liaise with vendors and clients, and bring high-energy charisma to every event you attend. From weddings to corporate activations, you’ll ensure our photobooth setup runs smoothly—and that every guest leaves with a smile and a snapshot.

Responsibilities

Event Coordination

  • Liaise with clients pre-event to confirm logistics, timelines, and customizations
  • Coordinate setup and breakdown of photobooth equipment at venues
  • Manage inventory and ensure all tech components are event-ready
  • Communicate with venue staff and vendors for seamless execution
  • Troubleshoot minor tech issues on-site (training provided)

Event Hosting

  • Welcome guests and guide them through the photobooth experience
  • Encourage participation and create a lively, inclusive atmosphere
  • Assist with props, poses, and QR code sharing for digital downloads
  • Represent Cluster Clear with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content for social media (optional but encouraged)

Prior experience in event coordination, hosting, or customer-facing roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting ability
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • UAE driving license preferred (or reliable transport access

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
