Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator plays an active role in carrying out the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department to ensure a consistent, high-level delivery of HR services to all staff. This position plays a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent across all Hard Rock Stadium properties, including the Miami Dolphins, Formula 1
Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, Miami Open, and Hard Rock Stadium events. Additionally, this role supports early-career programs and provides coordination and administrative support to the broader Human Resources team, contributing to a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Location:
- This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain institutional knowledge of all job functions across all properties at Hard Rock Stadium
- Build and post job descriptions in conjunction with hiring managers for all open roles
- Source and screen candidates for all open posted full-time roles, support part-time hiring on as-needed basis
- Schedule candidate travel, coordinate itineraries for on-site interviews, and manage on-site movements
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates, clear communication, and a positive overall candidate experience
- Manage recruitment, interviews and programming for early career programs, including the Summer Internship Program and MIA Academy Internship Program
- Build and maintain relationships with local universities and trade organizations, and coordinate recruiting sessions
- Act as an ambassador for the organization, representing the brand at career fairs, networking events, and with community partners
- Support regular HRIS data audits to ensure accuracy of employee data
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as seating arrangements, employee communication, organization of employee engagement events and initiatives, etc.
- Perform other tasks/projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or a similarly fast-paced industry
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Some knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Excellent written and oral communication, comfortable with public speaking, and organizational skills are a must
- Must be highly self-motivated and adept at working both independently and as part of a team, while and complete assignments within specified deadlines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating flexibility and creative problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive issues in a professional manner
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships and excellent customer service skills
- Due to the nature of the business and entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company, including nights, weekends, and in some cases, holidays.
