We are looking for a fresh graduate UAEN (Family B) to join our Human Resources team as a Coordinator - Human Resources. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in HR while learning from a supportive and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, organize, and verify HR documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain employee records and databases in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate leave management, attendance, and HR-related documentation.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and benefits coordination.
  • Communicate with employees to answer HR-related queries and provide guidance.
  • Support in organizing employee events, training sessions, and wellness activities.
  • Verify data accuracy to minimize HR-related risks and errors.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
  • UAEN with Family B
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (GPA 2.8 or above)
  • Fresh graduate - no prior work experience required
  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Good communication and eagerness to learn HR operations
