Job Purpose

Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for wet processing systems in industrial environments and ensure efficient operation, reliability, and safety of wet processing equipment and systems.

Key Accountabilities

Develop and execute maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and improve performance.

Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure safe, efficient task completion.

Diagnose and resolve issues in wet processing systems.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Recommend process improvements to boost system reliability and efficiency.

Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to align maintenance with production goals.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's in Mechanical engineering or industrial technology preferred. A technical diploma is acceptable with additional experience.

Minimum Experience: 5–7 years in maintenance coordination or management, especially in wet processing systems.
