Coordinator - Nursing

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience or more of administrative experience.

Qualification:

• Diploma in General Nursing / Diploma in Midwifery / Post RN BScN / MScN.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and supervise daily nursing operations to ensure efficient workflow and quality patient care.
• Support the Nurse Manager in implementing nursing policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff to enhance performance and patient satisfaction.
• Evaluate nursing care services and recommend corrective and improvement action plans.
• Review and verify staff performance through audits of work assignments and clinical practices.
• Address patient care issues, staff concerns, and operational challenges in a timely manner.
