Coordinator of Tutoring

Education and Testing Solutions, LLC in Summerville is hiring for the Coordinator of Tutoring position.

- Applicants must have at least a Bachelor's degree and K12 teaching experience. (note: we would consider a non-educator (no teaching experience) if the candidate was professional, had excellent communication and organizational skills, and was computer literate (especially Google Suite).

-This is a year-round (12 month), part-time position

-During the school year, the Coordinator works on-site (Summerville office) from about 12:30-6:00 Mondays through Thursdays (somewhat flexible hours).

-During the summer, the Coordinator works on-site (Summerville office) Monday and Wednesday afternoons (1-6:00) and Tuesday and Thurs mornings (9-1:00).

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling all tutoring sessions, communication with parents and teachers, clerical work, supervising tutors, being a resource for tutors, and tutoring a few clients him/herself. Candidates must be very organized, have strong communication skills, have various teaching experience and skills, be flexible, and have a positive attitude. Experience with the following a plus (but not required): Zoom, Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and QuickBooks.

The Coordinator is given a work cell phone and some scheduling and parent communication may be required outside of tutoring center hours.

ETS is located on Old Trolley Road in Summerville. The successful candidate will have K-12 teaching experience. We would consider other candidates WITHOUT K-12 teaching experience if their organization, communication, and Google Suite skills are excellent and the position will then primarily be clerical.

ETS has a staff of approximately 12 tutors and work with 45 to 60 students.

This job begins in May or June. Training is provided.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
