Key Responsibilities:
- Single point of contact for assigned customer accounts and guarantee satisfaction and value for our customers.
- Manage Sea import, export & cross-trades, prepare and follow up quotations.
- Liaise/co-ordinate with sales team, partners/agents, customers, and other service providers and update all live data in CRM as appropriate.
- Assist in preparation of weekly/monthly reports and statistical figures on bookings, volumes, and revenue as well as customer ranking.
- Attend to customer questions, complaints, and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
- Support customers through service, education, and effective problem solving.
- Making cold calling to new and existing customer to promote the company services and secure appointments and pass leads to the Salesperson to have customer visit.

Experience:
- Sea Freight Export/Import Operations: 2 years (Preferred)
