Coordinator – Operations (Sea Freights - Customer Service)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Single point of contact for assigned customer accounts and guarantee satisfaction and value for our customers.
  • Manage Sea import, export & cross-trades, prepare and follow up quotations.
  • Liaise/co-ordinate with sales team, partners/agents, customers, and other service providers and update all live data in CRM as appropriate.
  • Assist in preparation of weekly/monthly reports and statistical figures on bookings, volumes, and revenue as well as customer ranking.
  • Attend to customer questions, complaints, and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
  • Support customers through service, education, and effective problem solving.
  • Making cold calling to new and existing customer to promote the company services and secure appointments and pass leads to the Salesperson to have customer visit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience:

  • Sea Freight Export/Import Operations: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
