Coordinator (Planning)

ZMK & Co. is seeking applications from qualified and motivated professionals for the Position of Coordinator (Planning) under a donor-funded education sector reform program in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. These positions are purely on a contract basis with fixed salary packages. Only candidates who have domicile certificates from the project districts are eligible to apply. Purpose of the Position:

The Coordinator Planning will support the design and implementation of key initiatives under the donor-supported Multi-Year Work Plan (2025–27), Education Sector Plan, and other funded programs. The role focuses on facilitating evidence-based planning, supporting data analysis for informed decision-making, ensuring timely reporting, and fostering synergies to scale up donor-funded programs.

Brief Job Description:

• Support strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of donor-supported education programs.
• Assist in the development and coordination of initiatives under the donor-supported Multi-Year Work Plan (2025–27).
• Analyze education data and reporting systems to generate insights for evidence-based decision-making.
• Contribute to documenting sector plans, program results, and recommendations for education policies.
• Organize and support stakeholder consultations, meetings, and reviews.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain comprehensive program records.
• Perform other program-related tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or other Development-related fields.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience with a master’s degree and 8 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree

Experience in managing donor-funded projects is an advantage.

Experience working with government departments and education sector stakeholders.

Experience in developing and implementing capacity-building programs, including monitoring and evaluation.
