Key responsibilities
- Curriculum and Instruction:
- Design and implement an age-appropriate curriculum, often integrating national and international standards.
- Oversee lesson planning, classroom activities, and the use of innovative, play-based teaching methodologies.
- Develop and implement strategies for student assessment to monitor progress.
- Staff Management and Development:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise pre-primary teachers and assistants.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to enhance teaching standards.
- Organize professional development sessions for staff on pedagogy and best practices.
- Parent and Community Engagement:
- Establish and maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress, development, and school activities.
- Coordinate with parents on any concerns and support the development of their children.
- Administrative and Operational Duties:
- Manage and maintain the resources, materials, and equipment for the pre-primary section.
- Ensure that the overall program meets educational and operational standards.
- Support the administrative aspects of the pre-primary section.
Qualifications and skills
- Education and Experience:
- Often requires experience in a leadership role in early childhood education, typically 3-5 years.
- Familiarity with early childhood education frameworks, such as CBSE guidelines, is often a requirement.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for managing staff and communicating with parents.
- Proficiency in pedagogical principles and early childhood development is crucial.
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a supportive team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
