ZMK & Co. is seeking applications from qualified and motivated professionals for the Position of Coordinator (Program) under a donor-funded education sector reform program in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. These positions are purely on a contract basis with fixed salary packages. Only candidates who have domicile certificates from the project districts are eligible to apply. Females are encouraged to apply.
Purpose of the Position:
The Coordinator Programs will play a key role in ensuring effective coordination and communication of donor-supported initiatives. The position is responsible for consolidating program updates, preparing structured reports, and supporting information flow across teams and stakeholders. The role will also focus on strengthening linkages between different program areas, fostering collaboration, and identifying opportunities for scale-up in line with donor priorities.
Brief Job Description:
- Support coordination of donor-supported programs with implementing partners for effective planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Conduct mapping exercises and maintain updated records of development partners’ contributions to sector initiatives.
- Ensure that donor-supported interventions are prioritized for scale-up and sustainability within annual programming frameworks.
- Organize technical working groups, partner meetings, and stakeholder consultations, including agenda development and follow-ups.
- Facilitate awareness sessions with key stakeholders on program components, annual targets, and costing to strengthen planning and budgeting.
- Organize workshops, reviews, and meetings at various levels to assess results, compile data, and prepare analytical reports.
- Support quarterly progress review meetings for donor-funded programs, documenting achievements, challenges, and providing necessary follow-up support.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or other Development-related fields.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience with a master’s degree and 8 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree
- Experience in managing donor-funded projects is an advantage.
- Experience working with government departments and education sector stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing capacity-building programs, including monitoring and evaluation.
