Coordinator Research and Data Analysis
- Design and perform complex statistical and psychometric analyses on student assessment data used for employee performance evaluations.
- Oversee the technical infrastructure for item bank management, test development, and large-scale district testing logistics.
- Support teachers and administrators through professional development on item writing, test development, and score interpretation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistics using frameworks like R or Python and SQL.
- A minimum of five years in educational assessment, evaluation systems, or psychometrics is preferred.
- Ability to apply advanced statistical theory, calculus, and concepts like statistical modeling and differential equations.

Master’s degree or higher in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or any related educational field from an accredited college or university. Must be familiar with data analysis and statistics with large data sets using statistical software framework such as R or Python and SQL. Demonstrated ability to work with various stakeholder groups. Experiences in an education setting are desired. Confident speaking abilities on technical matters, and excellent presentation and written communication skills. Professional Analytical Certificates or Florida Teacher’s Certificate
