Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, plan, and oversee project phases, delegate tasks, manage timelines, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management, teams, clients, and vendors, facilitating clear communication and stakeholder updates.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources, handle financial queries, and work with vendors or third-party providers.
  • Prepare reports, maintain project documentation, schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle general administrative duties.
  • Analyze existing procedures, identify areas for enhancement, and implement solutions for greater efficiency.
  • May oversee junior staff or coordinators, guiding their work and ensuring alignment with broader goals.
