Key Responsibilities

- Manage budgets, allocate resources, handle financial queries, and work with vendors or third-party providers.
- Prepare reports, maintain project documentation, schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle general administrative duties.
- Analyze existing procedures, identify areas for enhancement, and implement solutions for greater efficiency.
- May oversee junior staff or coordinators, guiding their work and ensuring alignment with broader goals.
