Job Description:

  • Create and manage changes to the system.
  • Modify/configure the system to increase benefits and usability.
  • Daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
  • Manage system changes without interruption to the user
  • Grant/ remove and maintain user licenses
  • Communicate with users regarding new features, enhancements, and changes to the system
  • Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance
  • Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience
  • Document company processes and workflows
  • Develop process documentation and field maps
  • Create new processes and associated reporting
  • Import data as appropriate
  • Monitor and manage exception logs for back-end system integration with SFDC
  • Monitor and improve data quality
  • Create and maintain dashboards
  • Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance

Required Skills
4 years experience as a Salesforce System Administrator

2 years as Copado Administrator

2 years as Copado DevOps operations

1 year Ownbackup data backup and recovery

1 year Ownbackup data seeding

1 year Change and Configuration Management concepts and procedures

1 year Apex code

1 year with Salesforce utilities like Workbench and Dataloader

Salesforce Administrator certification required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
