Job Description:
- Create and manage changes to the system.
- Modify/configure the system to increase benefits and usability.
- Daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
- Manage system changes without interruption to the user
- Grant/ remove and maintain user licenses
- Communicate with users regarding new features, enhancements, and changes to the system
- Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance
- Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience
- Document company processes and workflows
- Develop process documentation and field maps
- Create new processes and associated reporting
- Import data as appropriate
- Monitor and manage exception logs for back-end system integration with SFDC
- Monitor and improve data quality
- Create and maintain dashboards
- Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance
Required Skills
4 years experience as a Salesforce System Administrator
2 years as Copado Administrator
2 years as Copado DevOps operations
1 year Ownbackup data backup and recovery
1 year Ownbackup data seeding
1 year Change and Configuration Management concepts and procedures
1 year Apex code
1 year with Salesforce utilities like Workbench and Dataloader
Salesforce Administrator certification required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
