As an authorized dealer of the Kyocera, Epson & KIP copier and printer lines, we have products to help small and medium-sized businesses be more productive. We are seeking a polished individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment servicing our award-winning products.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Support our customers inventory of printers, copiers, scanners and software
• Effectively repair and maintain equipment to manufacture’s standards
• Manage current accounts through exceptional customer communication
• Update system software as improvements are made available
• Assist in the delivery and installation of equipment
• Product knowledge with the ability to educate customers on equipment features

To be successful in this role you’ll need these skills:

• General Copier/MFP troubleshooting and repair abilities
• MFP installation, print drivers, scan to email, scan to network, etc.
• Mechanically inclined
• Desktop application proficiency (Microsoft/Mac)
• Maintain service records and inventory

Preferred attributes:

• Good communication skills
• Associates degree preferred in electronics/computer science or equivalent training and experience
• Positive attitude, outgoing and self-motivated
• Must have clean driving record

Pay: $14.50 - $23.00 per hour
